Hoarding situations can feel overwhelming — whether caused by life changes, health concerns, or city compliance orders. At Controlled Chaos Services, we specialize in compassionate hoarding cleanup that helps families, property owners, landlords, and real estate professionals reclaim safe, livable spaces.
We never judge. We work discreetly. And we move at a pace that feels right for you.
Our hoarding cleanup services focus on safety, organization, responsible disposal, and donation of usable items whenever possible and appropriate. We work closely with homeowners, family members, property managers, real estate professionals, and support agencies to provide reliable hoarding cleanouts, estate cleanouts, and extreme clutter removal. Our goal is to reduce stress, restore order, and support long-term recovery by creating clean, livable environments tailored to each client’s needs.
At Controlled Chaos Services, the safety of our clients, their families, and our team is our top priority. Hoarding cleanouts may involve conditions that are not immediately visible, including structural concerns, sharp objects, pests, mold, or other health-related hazards.
Before and during any hoarding cleanout, we assess the work area to identify potential safety or health risks. If unsafe conditions, biohazards, or materials requiring specialized handling are discovered, we will communicate openly and discuss appropriate next steps before proceeding.
Certain items or conditions may limit donation or standard disposal due to health and safety guidelines. Items deemed unsafe or unsanitary will be handled responsibly and disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Controlled Chaos Services reserves the right to pause, modify, or decline work if conditions pose a risk to occupants, animals, or crew members. Our goal is to complete every hoarding cleanout safely, respectfully, and with the well-being of everyone involved in mind.
Controlled Chaos Services is committed to reducing waste and supporting our local community by donating usable items that our customers no longer want or need whenever possible.
During cleanouts and junk removal services, we make reasonable efforts to separate items that are clean, functional, and suitable for reuse. Donated items may include furniture, household goods, tools, appliances, clothing, or building materials, depending on condition and acceptance guidelines of local donation partners.
Donation eligibility is determined by item condition, health and safety standards, and acceptance by partner organizations. Items that do not meet donation requirements or are declined by donation partners will be disposed of responsibly.
Customer approval is required for donation. If a customer requests that items not be donated, Controlled Chaos Services will honor that request.
While we strive to donate whenever possible, we cannot guarantee donation of all usable items due to health guidelines, storage limitations, or partner availability. When safe and appropriate, we donate usable items from hoarding cleanouts to local charities. Donation acceptance depends on item condition and health guidelines.
You are not alone. We are here to help—without judgment and with complete respect for your privacy.
